Here are what you will have to do to print your mailing labels with iLabel :
- First select your data file (tabulated text file). Most applications (databases, excel, ...) can export in this format.

- You then have to specify what your label sheets looks like. This is most of the time a very time consuming task. Thanksfully, iLabel comes with an extensive range of premade Avery layouts. Even if you favorite brand is not included in the list, simply enter the sizes and the number of labels, and iLabel will automatically design the whole page.

- You can then specify the exact content of your labels, using standard graphic tools. iLabel is even able to import graphics from other applications using the QuickTime graphic importer (Pict, Photoshop, Jpeg, Gif...) if you need a complex design.

- Merging your data file content with your labels is very easy, and can be done using the "Edit String" dialog :

- May you need to restrict the range of data you want to print, or specify the number of labels you need, iLabel allows you to make last minute changes

- Once everything is done, you can accurately preview what you have done using the Preview tab, therefore avoiding to waste paper as you would with a non specialized application.

- Then, you just have to click on the "Print" button !
